On October 10, 2018, as part of the Young Energy Europe project, we have lectured at the National Technical Library on the issue of possible savings in the production of compressed air in the Czech-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The international project, coordinated by Germany, is attended by both the Czech Republic and Hungary, Bulgaria and Greece. In Germany, this energy saving education program has been celebrating its fifth year of success.
“Young Energy Europe” is targeted at manufacturing companies and their young employees. As part of this project, participants will learn to inventories on energy and resource savings and individually propose measures for specific savings in their business. Young Energy Scouts should initiate savings measures, and at the same time help their companies implement a climate protection policy. Young Energy Europe is a project funded by the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (Bundesministerium für Umwelt, Naturschutz und nukleare Sicherheit), which belongs to the EUKI (European Climate Protection Initiative) initiative in the Czech Republic.
